I am BROOKE-JASMYN, a “Luxury LOCTICIAN & BRAIDER” proudly based in HARLEM, NYC. Originally from Maryland, I’ve now called Harlem home for over 20 years. It' is deeply meaningful for me to operate my business in the heart of the neighborhood that has shaped my journey, in a city that continues inspires me everyday.

After fulfilling careers in Entertainment and Luxury Fashion respectively, I embraced entrepreneurship post-pandemic, officially launching WILDLFOWHER LOCS in 2022, blending my passion for bold creativity with my deep appreciation for luxury and craftsmanship.

Before going full-time with Wildflowher Locs, I spent 5 years perfecting my ‘loc skills, working evenings and weekends since 2017. My commitment to excellence led me to train intensively under some of the best in the industry, most notably Trichologist and Creator of “the original Goddess Loc”, DR. KARI WILLIAMS (Los Angeles), and Master Loctician "and “Lord of Locs”, KRIS MCDRED (Kenya/Dubai). I am grateful for the continued mentorship of both to this day.

In just 3 short years, Wildflowher Locs has become a sought-after destination for high quality loc and braid services, blending technical precision, innovative techniques and textures with intuitive freestyle execution to create a luxurious and signature #WildFlow.

WHAT IS A WILDFLOWHER LOC?

WILDFLOWER - “ a flower of an untamed variety …growing freely without human intervention”

I created a specialized installation technique I refer to as the “WILD & FREE- STYLE”, a playfully INTUITIVE, free-FLOWing and fully customizable method that marries “on the spot” creative decision-making with a hint of the whimsical.

Each Wildflowher loc mimics the beauty of an individual "wild flower'“ highlighting its technical precision, while also “untamed, growing freely without human intervention" celebrating the natural beauty and freedom cultivated by the finished loc style.

WildflowherLocs seek to honor the timeless beauty of natural locs, inspired by the locs of the Original Goddess, Lisa Bonet. 

For the most realistic application, all WILDFLOWHER Locs are created with one goal in mind: to mimic the real life frizz, bumps, lumps and imperfections present in NATURAL LOCS.
